Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Amazon Aged Account (8 years) from a family member.

Additional Information: On the Account was 8 years worth of orders cc linked and other shit. ive ordered a item worth 1.6-1.7k and he told me it would be done till today probably as amazon confirmed it on friday. after that: nothing today, saw 2 mails telling me that my email and password got changed
Crypto address for a refund: no address. just give me my shit back. i need it fast so i can return it

Quick Summary:

1. No email confirmation was received from Amazon
   
2. As a result, the customer did not paid yet, as the refund was not confirmed via email
   
3. The refund is still MID PROCESS
   
4. Unfortunately, the customer is misinformed about the refund process and mistakenly believes that I am attempting to access his Amazon account and use it for my own profit. However, I must clarify that the information changes are a necessary step in the refund process to prevent any further connections to the account and avoid cancellation of the refund
   
5. Instead of reaching out to me to inquire about the status, the customer has filed a scam report, incorrectly assuming that I am attempting to exploit his Amazon account
   
6. We are still working to complete the refund process. Once it is successful, the account information will be restored to its original state, as provided by the customer. Even if the refund is unsuccessful, the customer will still regain access to his account
   

Tip for the customer: If you have questions or concerns, please contact me directly. Filing reports without first seeking clarification is unnecessary and a waste of time. However, I understand that this is the path you have chosen
