The terms of agreement were very clear. Buyer (Seira) gave me 2 days time to complete the work. It's a hard work that requires a lot of time and verifications. He changed the terms of agreement from 2 days to only 10 hours because was afraid of the other scammer that commented against me, Cloud. Cloud it's very subjective on this case and he is the real scammer. He made me think that he would buy my server but he wanted to scam me. But since I refused he was angry so tried to scare Seira. I understand Seira for opening the dispute because he was frightened that I would not keep my word but I am very sorry because Seira have bought before traffic from me and everything it was OK,according to the plan. If I am really a scammer why he bought again from me?!
My solution is this: I partially refund Seira or I continue do the job I am paid for from him because I have everything set up and spent a part of money to verify the accounts I opened for him.
