Amount or Item(s) Scammed: $90

Additional Information: Attempted to conduct a legitimate transaction with the seller, only to discover they were running a scam. Initially, upon contacting the seller, they claimed to have the item in stock, and we agreed on a price. I promptly sent the payment via Payoneer instant payment.
However, immediately after the payment was sent, the seller attempted to manipulate the situation by requesting a testimonial. When I informed them that I couldn't provide one until I received the item, they backtracked with a casual "my bad," which was hardly reassuring.
Despite assurances of a swift delivery prior to payment, days passed with no sign of the item. When I reached out to the seller, they casually extended the delivery timeline to 1-6 days, which seemed suspicious. I reluctantly agreed to wait, but after over 8 days had elapsed with no delivery, frustration set in.
On the fifth day, the seller mentioned involving their worker, which seemed irrelevant and unnecessary to me. Their promises of refunds and additional free items only added to the confusion. I reiterated that I simply wanted the item I had paid for, not any extras.
The seller's attempts to portray themselves as doing me a favor were laughable, especially considering the modest sum of $90 involved. It's concerning that they would resort to scamming for such a relatively small amount, as it speaks to their lack of integrity.
