Additional Information: he claimed to have completed an apple refund for me, I didn't get any confirmation. He responded that insider scans won't get confirmation and I made payment. I just chatted with apple now, and they confirmed there's no refund on my order. I have messaged him for two days now, he hasn't responded nor responded on his thread.
