So this guy was a pain in my ass, over a week ago i paid him 60$ to open up a Bit2me account, he told me 1 day to deliver, he took 3, i was patience, when he delivered the account as soon as i went in and  wanted to do my first deposit the account asked me for documents right away as you can see in the first screenshot, i asked him for a refund because he took too long to deliver and gave me a non working account and started to say "the person that did the verification should respond in a few hours" i already wasted too much time at this point, then he told me that he didn't had funds to refund me but he would check in a few hours, i gave him 24 hours to do it or i would report him (i think i was too comprehensive with him). After 24 hours i asked him for my money and he acted like he was a partner and he wasn't aware of the situation and made me a new account, even after i asked and he agreed with a refund, i didn't want to waste more time and i gave him a second chance, this time the account worked at first but less then 24 hours after i logged in into the associated email and the account was locked, i asked him to solve but he was taking forever, so i tried to use the phone number he gave me to authenticate and didn't work, (he is the one who should have done this before deliver the account), now the email is locked and he said to change bit2me email (this is suspicious and can ban the account) and i  can't access proxy account too so i will have to change the proxy too, so the account will not last long for sure. After all that he offered me to refund 30$ from the 60, and i accepted, of course i will keep the account has it is, but he chose to be reported here, so now i want a full refund,i'm tired of him.

Hello!

Everything worked like this.

User bought account of Bit2Me for $100 that I delivered unexpectedly in 3 days as he said.
After his first try of deposit he got mail to add a proof of address and income proof that I could've submitted for him in order to fix his account.

Because I might wasted more of his time I decided to refund. I wasn't at home in this time and my partner tough that is okay to send him another account that is fully working showing him also a video with all account features.

After that he most likely using the account. He came back after 2 days asking on how to prelong the proxy and phone number which I said to him how.
He tells me that hotmail got locked. This is normal for hotmail, but in order to unlock it you just have to verify a phone number. He put a phone number already used which lead into locking the outlook for more time.

So he locked the mail account like this.

The only solution, because I wanted to help was to change the mail of the Bit2Me which he thinks it will make the account weaker, or replace it, but he doesn't want to. Now after you lock the mail of the account without waiting for my help to unlock it for you I can't accept sadly the refund and 2 days passed. There are costs making these accounts. Also I offered him 40% refund because he said while I was offering the replace that he found somewhere cheaper so he came with the conclusion that I will have to offer him same price as the place where he found cheaper. I accepted without any problem.

I delivered the account correctly in terms of time (as my site says) (https://azurverify.pw/tos).
If we don't deliver in this time we do offer refund and compensation which was not the case.

We do offer full support to fix the accounts, reverify them or replace If something goes wrong.
Even like that I offered a partial refund for his waiting (40%) and a new account that was fully working,
but mail got locked due his phone number already-in-use verification.
I accepted at first giving him the refund, but my partner in this time delivered the account (we are 2 on same telegram so we can offer 24/7 support).
He used the replace and locked mail, but the mail of the Bit2Me can still be changed easily from app. Account it's still on his hands logged in so this problem is still fixable.

I'm also able to offer him replace on other mail provider so he can't ban it again or fix the actual account. These processes would take under 30 minutes.
