Additional Information: I gave them 3 labels ( 1 for manual rts and 2 ftids). The rts never came to me so I could deny it here is a screenshot of the tracking: https://prnt.sc/5UJE1NwxJQ7B https://prnt.sc/RDZcdnJrbNLE , basicaly its stuck in Eindhoven, Netherlands  where they dropped it. These are the 2 ftids that they are dropped and they never got delivered and they wont, they are stuck ,but these are so amateurs that they think that they will get delivered lmao. ftid 1 : https://prnt.sc/kc92ohg2yvtL ftid 2: https://prnt.sc/qyv8Xw2m3gq0 .  Need a refund for each of these , 20 euro each , 60 total. I paid for rts which never came to my country in order to deny it and the 2 ftids went lit but I paid for ftid. They managed to fail 3 drops , stay away from them , thank you

The FTID and RTS packages are still not lost. At the moment the weekend just passed so there haven't been updates in a while. We've made this clear but the starter of the thread would not agree.

this guy is a clown he even admitted several times that the rts is failed https://prnt.sc/PKKxdB3TQ2qy https://prnt.sc/xBdthNm5fj2j and now he tells lies , the rts dropped on 20 of march it should have arrived to my country and not being stuck in the same place that it got dropped,  the ftids have been dropped in 20th of march and they are still in the same location that have been dropped ( netherlands) they should have been delivered already in germany. I also posted screenshots of ups site on my first post. These guys do not know their job. I want a full refund.

You've gotta deny a RTS. You clearly did not deny it because it has arrived. We had not checked the trackings ourself yet so yes we told you we would refund it.

But as you can see on the screen the RTS has been delivered 8 days ago.
