Additional Information: I bought the plan and it was fine for about 5 days, until I couldn't connect, and I went to my panel and found that it was terminated. https://prnt.sc/wj2Y9_23GHa6

I have recieved no information on the panel, a email or any notice as to why it was terminated. I was simply browsing on the RDP and doing nothing that violated the TOS.

I decided to open a scam report because its been 5 days now and I recieved no reply when opening a ticket on their website, so I'm doing this to gain their attention to get either a refund or a reactivation of my service which I paid for.
