Additional Information: hello i buy the account almost in mid night and i goes to sleep when i wake up i check the account its not working and i try to let him know but his report button is not working , when i contact to admin he said i have to only report with in 2 hour after purchase. but when i buy i didn't see any rule any where written . and when i purchase account i didn't recieve any instruction about that i have to check the account with in 2 hour and only 2 hour warrenty and their is no option other where i contact to seller that his account is not working even admin not helping who is this issue to not write rule on website on any thread here is the screenshot no rule writen on the website https://prnt.sc/slgMpdRcFk3u and the thread also not show any rule https://prnt.sc/lpiJ__v2hb8R .

Where does it say in the thread that "the buyers has 2 hours to complain" I do not see it on the thread. This rule you say should be visible on the thread. It should not be hidden within your TOS. Therefore, you as a platform are responsible for this person getting scammed. Refund him or sort it out with the seller within 12 hours.

 We will not refund anything, it is impossible to prove who is right in this situation, I'm sorry that you are not qualified enough to understand this. Passed a whole day, only after that he opens the claim. That's funny. Good luck
