Additional Information: So I was asking in sb marketplace if anyone can exchange crypto to bKash and that guy told me yes and gave me his discord, we did PM verify and sent him payment, all he said afterward was K and never responded back, he was online on discord but was ignoring me. I can't believe he would scam for $17, as I was exchanging the money so that I could buy some food here and a pen because my current situation is really terrible and i don't have much on me, so $17 is worth a lot to me. I would like my money back or do the exchange as he had said

Wow, he offered me to exchange my LTC to a payment app that isn't even available in his country, it's only available in one country. Also I'm glad you didn't get scammed, always use an MM no matter the amount
