Additional Information: I purchased a chic fila gc from a seller, gc did not work, employee told me it was stolen. I asked for a  refund from the seller, the seller does not have a no refund tos. would not provide me a refund so I negative repped him. He still has my money. In retaliation he left me a negative reputation.

@Liars sir you can see i replaced with a bigger balance and i said if it doesnt work i will refund partiall because i have a no refund policy in my shop but i was being kind and still he was ungrateful now its out of warranty you can see the messages were way more then 3 days ago and we have only a 3 day warranty

Look at the chats. I did not ask for a replacement, I asked for a refund. The seller, has no policy/terms of service and decided to just send me the replacement even though I said I did not want a replacement and I wanted a refund. Then he false negative repped Me back (which needs to be removed) after I gave him a real negative rep
