Asked about the possibility of a config being made, config was then made without price agreement or any confirmation of a deal, was then pressured to pay for it. Proceeded to pay cause I felt bad and gave him the benefit of the doubt, received a config that doesn't work and hadn't been tested. Asked numerous times for a refund which was ignored with the insistence that the config could be fixed, I'd just have to wait for his PC to be fixed because the "PSU has blown". Gave him plenty of slack and conversed in a civil manner as the screenshots above show.

First of all OP is requesting a refund claiming that the config "doesn't work", Their definition of doesn't work is them not being able to configurate openbullet to use the config correctly OP needed a step by step guide on how to use the config and I helped him with that This is not to mock him about it, but rather to clarify he is unable to use openbullet correctly therfore why he is claiming the config "does not work" when its his lack of experience with openbullet that he is unable to use it correctly Here is proof config is working
How the website would react if the CF bypass is disabled I'm sure this is enough proof to prove that his claims that the config is "not working" are flase There are much more evidence I have on him that he
leaked the config to 3 different people Above is proof he sent the config to 3 different people for them "to check if the config works" which is prohibited and against the rules, which also damages my other clients who bought the same config since there is only limited copies for sale to not get the config patched
I believe I have clarified how OP is lying and blaming the config for not working for his own lack of intelligence and ability to use openbullet, Then decided to completely break the rules and is liable for damages caused to my other clients who bought the same config, There's more evidence I have against him however I believe this is enough to consider this is a faulty report, I won't be replying to any of his replies on this thread until staff reviews my post or asks me too.

Please Gaunter, could you prove the config works in conjunction with proxies? As that is the issue I stated, which your screenshot does nothing to disprove (we both know it works without because then the flaresolverr issue doesn't occur.) As for "leaking" the config, at no point did I send the file to anyone, however yes, as I am more than happy to admit, I consulted a few config makers as to how to solve this issue, and sent them details including the faulty CF bypass that Gaunter had been using. The point at which I consulted them was after you had openly admitted the config doesn't work, and you had no issue with me consulting them or giving away any of these details to a 3rd party until you realised you could spin it in your favour. I would like to ask the reasonable and obvious question, why would I leak a full config that WORKS that I PAID FOR, to others FOR FREE? There is no logical motivation in that and you know it. How on earth you can claim though that the config works and that it is merely my inexperience with openbullet is insane when you yourself admit that its broken in the screenshots. I have no problem with saying I was new to the software, but it didn't take me long to pick up and I am willing to provide anything necessary to show that it is not user error. Hopefully however, Gaunter admitting that it doesn't work himself is enough. Not to mention, how dare you claim I am liable to damages caused to other clients? what does that even mean? what damages? not to mention, NO ONE ELSE HAS BOUGHT IT. AND IF THEY DID, THEY'D SEE THAT IT DOESN'T WORK WITH PROXIES TOO. I would love for Gaunter to please get one of these other clients he speaks of to come and stand up for him and prove the config works; be my guest!
EDIT: I would also like to add, upon consulting all the forum's marketplace rules again, at no point does it say one is forbidden from sharing details or even files (which as aforementioned, I didn't actually do) that have been personally purchased, with others. Even if such a rule existed, it wouldn't apply here as the product isn't working anyway, but EVEN if it was, I remind you again that there remains absolutely zero motivation for me to do that, so I am rather confused as to why Gaunter is pushing that narrative. Oh and, incase I hadn't said enough, Gaunter gave me no indication whatsoever that he would be listing the config for sale publicly, and so I was initially under the impression that I was having a private config made. That said, I was fine with him offering out 5 copies when he posted the thread. I would like to add now that Gaunter is now publicly trashing my sales threads against marketplace rule number 9, shown below

@Gaunter Provide a video with you showing the config working. Showing you are able to get hits and logging into those hits on the website. You will need to run the checker until you get hits. Do not show any debugging function. Show me that you are using proxies as well. Upload the video to streamable or youtube as unlisted. Do so within 24 hours.
Very important update: upon conversing with @Fresh myself, he says that he did not in fact give Gaunter any proxies, but simply a method of obtaining them. This was on August 8th in relation to a different config. The fact Gaunter is here asking in SB for a proxy seller today and lying that he'd been given one by Fresh proves that he in fact did NOT test his config with proxies before selling to me. It's insane that I even need to calrify this though because he admits that himself in the initial screenshots I provided.

UPDATE: I have bought residential proxies as my old proxies were datacenter, And I have realized a flaw in the config and in the website, I observed that the residential proxies which OP claimed to use aren't able to bypass cloudfare, However tho datacenter proxies can work and bypass cloudfare but won't last for long , For that reason I'll be refunding OP full paid amount since I didn't completely test the config for more than 20 checks, Deepest apologizes, I'll be waiting to receive the refund address.

Refund address is in the original post, send in LTC. You are however continuing to lie to save your ass because it doesn't matter what proxies you use, any proxy connection diverts the request away from the CF bypasser by its very nature. I expect a full refund promptly, I also expect you to take down your posts bashing my sales thread and remove the negative rep you have added to my profile. I also believe you strongly deserve a form of punishment regardless, as you lied and slandered me both in this thread to the staff and to the wider forum. You lied that the config worked. You lied that you tested with proxies. You lied you had other clients. You attempted to scam. I strongly request that the staff consider all this and take appropriate action, whether or not you refund me, on principle and for the benefit of others.
