Additional Information: Apparently the payment doesn't show up in his Paypal, even though it's clearly shown in my Paypal and I've even checked the funding source of this, my card, and the money is gone from there too. Screenshot of My Activity for Proof

I've provided all the proof needed I assume, I'd like to either get the money refunded on Paypal or just have the original amount of 30$ in bitcoin that I wanted sent to the address provided.
