Amount or Item(s) Scammed: I got scammed $30. The seller said he would give me a game code of modern warfare.

Additional Information: Yea he scammed me out of $30 and has most likely done this to many other people. He was offering a COD: Modern Warfare code and I paid him $30 via Paypal and I never received the code from him. I tried leaving neutral reputation explaining that he basically is a scammer and no one should buy from him and it got taken down from him I'm guessing.
