Additional Information: I had to complete an exchange with this guy which I failed and he opened a scam report on me so I refunded his money. My partner accidentally sent him 70€ and he refuses to refund them now.     https://media.discordapp.net/attachments...nknown.png

Why should we go through this ?
When I had to refund him the LTC he sent me, I did refund it to him but he doesn't wants to refund the PP.

I wasnt available he didnt even gave me time to do it, he claimed unauthorized on paypal now the money is on hold and paypal will investigate
