Additional Information: So I bought one year classic from the guy but he said Gamen4eto will, he said he will replace in a day or refund but he isn't responding me at at all.
Crypto address for a refund: He can refund on paypal he knows or I will BTC addy.

No he has not refunded me, he asked 24 hours saying his paypal has issue or whatever. He agreed to pay $23 by 24 hours or else he will compensate $2 of fee as well.
