I know I may losing on dispute since I don't have the whole conversation also I have a newly created account on this forum.
This is my very first time creating a scam report like this so I thought discord able to recover the deleted message but its not. (https://imgur.com/SwAo2Kp)
At least I warned you guys for not dealing with this guy by this post.
He deleted the whole message before I have the chance to screenshot it.
Basically, he is selling a method that stated will work worldwide.
It's not, it strict for US residence.
Even if he telling about ipayyou, it's not mentioned in the pdf as well (I know the site already and did some trades last month).

But he just wasting my time, and making accuses that saying I did a chargeback on his PayPal.
Well, the actual thing is I did request a dispute because he didn't respond to my refund request yet. (https://imgur.com/5EACNYG)
Then, he tells me to close the dispute because it warms his paypal account.
And promises that he is willing to refund in bitcoin.
How dumb I am, I did close the dispute for him because I trust him huh. (https://imgur.com/blpD8Ez)
After I close the dispute, he is trying to tell me that the order canceled by paypal.
Then he shows a screenshot which has different time of purchasing with my order rofl (what a joke). (https://imgur.com/80oDVHy)
When I ask him, where the screenshot, send it now (check it on the picture) he can only say SOON (What a dumb). (https://imgur.com/hRksOQp)
That's why I decided to open a scam report here.
He is a liar, he will reply to your message if you were interested in buying his stuff.
After you request for a refund, BOOM he will be acting like a victim, toying with personal stuff, willing to tell people about you did fraud bla bla bla ROFL he's funny af. (https://imgur.com/O1Y5CmL)
I know I can't win this dispute at all, but the point is I reminding you guys for being carefully dealing with this guy.
You have been warned by this post!

thread is deleted as proxy selling is not allowed, if you want to sale this method, make a thread yourself rather then asking someone else to make it.
