This is simple, he was offering an instant refund service (i know instant it's not really instant like 1 minute), but i waited 3 days and i decided to try to recover my money because i want to explore another alternatives. I gave him enough time to do it, the insider and nobody even logged to the account so i just want to move to the side and stop losing time (i don't want to try any other alternative with this guy).
He always told me "just wait" (you can corroborate this in the pics) but this is the fourth day and i'm tired, he reneged on the initial deal and I feel I am not obligated to wait any longer.
Yesterday, he told me "Give it till today" (you can corroborate this in the pics) and yesterday nothing happened. I feel this is not fair.
Finally, yesterday i decided to request him a refund but he did not want to give me my money back, the last thing he said was "wait me an hour" (you can corroborate this in the pics) but i have been waiting 15 hours already and counting... This in my opinion is a simple case, i don't know how people winning thousands dollars/day are too greedy to refund a customer $350.
