Additional Information: basically I as a good friend I trusted him and gave him money and shit, well yeha but he's a shit friend and didn't pay me kept saying exsues and shit and I trusted him.
6 months passed and he refused to pay me, said his PayPal is limited and lied to me but a friend told me he's lying and I said ooh well and gave up in getting paid, forgot it and shit but rememberd it yesterday and yeah.

Also if needed I can get people to vouch that he scammed me.
