Bc layer 7 not actually down. You can still start attacks, the power maybe less then its expected. But if u have enough concurrents u still able to take down websites.

Tried layer 4 which you say works.

Tried it with fivem, DID NOTHING.
Tried it with Discord Screenshare like your site adversties, did absolutely NOTHING. 

Layer 4 is also a scam

Discord using a port between 50000-65535 for every call, if you just put 50001 it will not work if thats not the port

I used the port that my call is currently using. 
Fivem also didnt work but you dont respond to that. 

It is a scam. I paid for a service and I have not gotten it for HOURS.

Actually its not about the money bc its like 5$, but open a scam rep after im not answering for 1 hour its too much. U need to learn that, ur fault.
