Scam Report Against @TheRadiant - $45

Additional Information: I ordered dropbox unlimited on March 23, since then in total it has not worked more then 1 week. It takes over 1 month every time for him to fix usually having to harrass him everywhere to get any action as he just reads the conversation, sometimes saying "hi" and then when I reply instantly he just reads that any does nothing.. this is a CONSTANT battle. My other service with him, Magai is bad as well as he keeps giving me shared accounts that have resources used by someone else within days of his "fix" .. I just want a refund on Dropbox, it's only $45. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but he goes out of his way to not help, while still endlessly offering new sales promos.

Were you also "closed" from April 25th until May 10th.. and then immediately again for another month days later? Pretty crazy for being closed though you were constantly telling people to message you to buy services. I messaged you on June 15th stating dropbox was not working.

This isn't a one off occurrence. This is a constant annoyance you have no interest in fixing for your customers.

We can go back all the way to the beginning of when I purchased dropbox from you, March 23. I needed it right away, I specifically asked you "What's current setup time for an account?" .. your reply "can do rn" so I paid immediately after then you ghosted me for days, wasn't until march 31st before you even sent the invite for it. Which was no effort on your part, was literally just inviting me to a pre-existing account and you ghosted me for a week to do it.

I don't want another "fix" that will go ahead and stop working within a few days so I can wait another month for you to make up another excuse as to why you're "closed" while still accepting new orders. Just refund me.

Have msged you on tele to leave old dropbox team so i can send inv + you added another fix so i have asked for info of it

You asked for my email and I replied, how is that me asking for a fix?

Anyway, you claim to have fixed magai, but didn't and then again no reply after that of course. Still waiting on a dropbox refund.
