Additional Information: 

I purchased the Shipping label from the seller and sent an expensive item. The package got pulled and sent to FedEx High security team for investigation where it is now stuck. The seller continued to say they have a 100% SR even after the problems with my package. After asking for a refund they sent a message which sounded like they refunded me and provided a $25 credit. But after messaging them again they said they do not provide refunds (and made a new message in their group stating that, which was never there before). After threatening them with a scam report they proceeded to delete the message thread and block me on TG.
