Additional Information: given crappy upgrades that last 30mins-1hour then stop working. Support refuses to refund (even for the unused keys aka 20 of them). Three accounts (of 5) had unauthorized account changes which include password resets and email resets (was two but had one more happen). Uses ticket bot that doesnt leave a log of communication after its closed so missing quite a bit. Also nukes chat in server quite often. By the time he "fixes" the account, it stops working after a short time then you need to wait until hes online again to get it fixed because his bot steals info even after he claims its encrypted and safe.

and about the 1 hours premium, that spotify fault not my fault, spotify now is update,

And yes, i got 300++ Customer, if there are same problem like you, email & pw unauthorized account changes, they will open an dispute/scam report like you and not trusting my upgrader service anymore. In this case, only you got this problem, and you keep refuse to receive an guarante.

Your guarantee doesn't mean anything if the accounts don't last. I spent the past several days replacing accounts.
All you do is claim the account info hasn't been stolen. Do you mind providing the source code to a trusted third party to prove it?
I'm not the only one there's atleast two others on your discord server that are extremely dissatisfied with your "service"
I've used other upgraders in the past, I decided to try you because it was cheaper than my current supplier. Big mistake because it's been nothing but headaches and dissatisfied clients.
Let me put a scenario in your head. You buy a new car with warranty. On your drive off the lot the exhaust falls off. You bring your car back in to the lot, and tell the dealership what happened. They say "no problem we will fix this, but it will take us a few days to order the parts then another few days to fix it." You agree that's fair.
You get the car back, and while you drive it away from the mechanics the engine stalls. You go back to the dealership and tell them what happened. They agree to fix it. They say "it'll take us several days to get the parts and another several days to fix it".
At what point are you going to demand for a refund? This is basically the exact scenario we are facing with here, NOT including the accounts that were taken over and had to be reset by contacting Spotify.
I'm simply asking for a refund and I'll be on my way, if you have so many satisfied customers I'm sure you would have no problem refunding the amount because of the issues we keep having with my upgrades?
Tldr; give source code of bot to trusted third party to verify claims,
Give me a refund.

you are not buying an car, that created the engine and the system by the company, you're buying the spotify upgrade, that spotify own the system, and iam only third party selling it, using cracked spotify owner family accs
if you want longlast and "LIFETIME" without being kicked, just buy it on the right own, on spotify. Your scenario no make sense.
Iam just third party selling it, but yeah we still responsible for any problem for giving an replacement key but you refuse that, about why you always got kicked, spotify is changing/update all the time.
About i stole the accs or you got email & password changing all of the time, What is my reason for stealing buyer data, for the Spotify streaming service? lol dude, the cracked accs is more efficient & a lots than i stole my customer buyer.

I hate to break it to you, but I dont have this issue with different spotify vendors. its quite literally only you. I dont expect you to be on 24/7 but I expect the account to work for more than an hour before needing it to be fixed (which can take up to 24hours).
The car analysis makes complete sense because the idea is that your service is broken for longer than its actually working.
Again you go ahead and get defensive about the stealing of data. I simply asked you to provide the source code to a trusted third party. @ Darkness would you mind taking a look at the code or give it to someone you trust to look at it?

only me? oh you dont get kicked from other spotify vendor? are the other spotify vendor buying the family owner plan from spotify sir? and not using cracked accs? your point in this case is your mad because you got kicked, and because you always got kicked you want to refund right? if yes, you choose wrong forum sir, this is forum for cracking. Anything can happend, like you got kicked, but i have the solution to give you and premium your account again/key replacement but you refuse that because of this shit reason, and do scam report, because you got kicked from cracked family spotify.
About your argument car, you usually buy the car in the right place in their company, are you in this case buying on the right place on the company/spotify? you buying it on the cracked forum.
My bot auto changing your password & email? like wtf im changing your password & email for? are you spotify acc have a bank or creditcard? your spotify acc isnt have value.
@ Darkness , im already give the guarante for all of acc, but the buyer refuse it for the reason "he always got kicked", like wtf? is iam scaming?, iam responsible for this problem to give the replacement key/upgrade spotify again to premium, but the buyer always say that "Got kicked, so iam not trust anymore this service", and force me to do refund, fyi my bot is still working fine.

They are using cracked accounts as well.
I don't understand why you would be, hence why I asked for a 3rd party to verify the code, which you still have not explicitly agreed to.
I don't think my points are making sense to you. Hopefully an admin can come here and help us resolve this soon.
PS: offering a replacement that works for at most an hour is not even worth the hassle. If the upgrades worked for at least a few days at a time, I wouldn't even bother with the scam report, but like I've said many times already, your upgrades last for at most an hour.
