Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Duplicated my marketplace listing, in an attempt to re-sell my eBook.

Additional Information: I contacted him on his Discord server, and as soon as I asked him if I could buy the method, he realized it was me and he went offline. Just look at his profile and his -rep. Everyone is calling him a scammer.
