Additional Information: 
i buy from it an steam account the deal is less than 1 day ago i didn't even login to the account just changing the email from the seller and when i want to use it i can't . I talk with the seller to give me another or give me refund because the deal is less then one day but he refuse he told me he don't give warranty '' but the item is not passed one day and i even use it '' he don't give warranty because he know this problem is happen he is just a scammer !!!

Your terms of service are to be ignored by an Admin if he deems it so.
He could not utilize the account for a mere hour, as far as I am concerned.

User @ebonusgg01 has 24 hours to provide a refund or a working product. Working constitutes that the user is able to utilize it for a solid amount of time, not 15 minutes.
