Additional Information: He deletes his announcements and clears chat where people complain about him, he also deletes negative reviews in vouches channel and gave loads of false guarantees. He said that he'll have the accounts by a certain date and will replace, fulfill and provide for the orders but end up deleting his announcements and never providing the accounts to his customers. Multiple announcements were made of similar context
