Additional Information: I bought from him and after happened that he stopped responding I made a report to him and he answered and apologize and paid 45 euros but the still left was worth 75 euros which he should ban Instagram profile but he never did and never response message anymore after that. He ignored me completely, even though I tried to contact him on cracked.io but still never responded. (May 26 until today, never response once.)

I actually have the proof, that he said the account banned every account I purchased until that 2nd account he never ban it, even though the account is remaining, and he said I don't have proof because that other Instagram owner changed username which cause it not proof. But he never said that was banned either, only those accounts was banned which I know but this account aint.

I cant notify everyone when theyre account is banned, espcially not at the time you banned this account cuz there I had a way too high request, most of the time I only tell people if theyre account is banned if its banned within a few hours or if I remind myself I manually check. But for some especially if the bans are delayed bans (delayed bans are bans that dont go through instantly) then I wont waste my time sending an extra message. 

Also its very weird, because he opened a dispute some time ago for another account and I gave the money back ofc, but in the dispute he didnt want the money back for the other account which leads me to the conclusion that he knew that the account was banned, but he maybe wants some money

If you can see the chat, you only PAID back 45 euros, but for the rest of 75 euros you never pay back or mention that account which obviously that account you didn't ban, and I sent you a couples messages, but you never responded either until today, which is obviously doesn't care about my rights at all. And I paid what I get for, so basically, I have the right to get 75 euros back or otherwise ban that guy already, if you're retired without doing anything then at least give money back that you don't deserve that all while never mentions about that account status at all. (As you mention on all accounts that I want you to ban but that account you never once mention about it and only took my 75 euros without me finding it out that you really owe me 75 euros.)

That doesn't make sense, it's like the police asking you to prove that you don't have drugs, when in fact they have the burden of proof, they are making an accusation so they have to prove it.
