Additional Information: Didn't want to make a report but DataTouch's team been completely ignoring me as soon as I asked for store credit. They were simultaneously responding up until I told them I needed store credit due to a problem with my order. This is the reason I decided to make a report.

- I believe that 1 (or more) of his team members are using these cards and emptying them, I don't see the reason why 10 cards would be invalid. That is ridiculous.

Account is still up and tested with Juicy's shop, no problem whatsoever from my side. The cards either been used before or just simply are invalid.

I have the same problem got a replacement of 23 cards from the new batch and they ALL where invalid.
