Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Netflix Private Account ($15)

Additional Information: Previous to the conversations, I had paid via his sellix link using Paypal, then instead of providing an account, it redirected me to message him or join his discord channel to open a ticket. He instantly messaged me to ask for me to send "Friends and Family" on Paypal, then pretty much went MIA and blamed it on "School"...
