Additional Information: Purchased a $15 Amazon method that he no longer sells apparently but it did not work for me and it's been almost 6 weeks. He has replied a few times but it takes days and my last message he has not replied to either about a refund. In the 2nd reply I did say I will make a scam report and requested a refund but he gave me a replacement card for the method which again didn't work. Would like a refund and if not then him being banned is enough.
