They won't provide any other information without proof of purchase or purchasers information. Honestly what other reason would they ask for that info if the card wasn't obtained legally?

@SexoBayco Refund him. You never mentioned the problems coming along with redeeming the GC. Also, you did not provide support on how to redeem the GC (which should be the standard because otherwise the GC is useless).
