Additional Information:Ok so he said if i make an html for him  like @try he would SE me a headset. He just wanted the background changed and the links changed. I dont have access to it anymore as i sent it to him. He said he will Start the SE next monday, next monday shows up never started. Next week, banned

I don't even get why you made a scam report.
This is the full story:
So he made a ticket in my server, where he told me that he could build me a website and get a domain and hosting for it, in exchange of a headset SE. I was ok with it, and gave him Try's website as something to be based on, I wanted a simple landing page with my info and all. He said ok and then after asked me for a background gif, which I sent. In the end I get Try's website with just the text and background changed. He didn't develop anything, he just copied the source code from Try's website, and wanted a headset for it. Tbh I should've opened a scam report on you for attempting a scam on me with that website. I repeat, we made a deal on a website made from scratch. I could've copied his website myself if I wanted to.

I told him. It was the first thing I did after i saw the source code. He told me he thought that's what I wanted. And also he never got me hosting + a domain.
