Additional Information: Gave him an account, and it's been over a month and he still hasn't returned the account back to my email, he is not reading pm messages, he's just inactive on CIO. I can't see his last active date but he hasnt used the netflix account at all as I can see in the viewing history so I just want him to see this. I have pmmed him many times but he's inactive. Dont ban him, just wait, he may be busy with IRL work but just keep this open
