You are from EU, most laws in EU tells that you need to be isolated 28 days if you are positive for Covid. 14 days if you were in contact with someone who is positive.

You are telling me now that I cannot see my money for 28 days?

I"m not involved but i can explain how covid works in diff countryes, I have a cousin who is positive for covid-19. first he was in hospital for 15days without any contact with outside world, he have only phone but they strictly say he cant call anyone just text(its stupid nonsense but idk). after that he need to be in house isolation(alone for another 15 days) and if after this they test him and he"s again positive whole process beggins again.
Thats how it works there where i am and in most Eu countryes i think
