Additional Information: I've bought from this seller in the past and nothing was wrong I sent him the order id and he sent me the logs in less the 10mins.
What happened: I bought 60 logs from his site and a (otp bot from a Different reseller)
On his telegram chat he said he restocked 150 logs so I bought 60 from his site and they never came to my email so I waited 15 mins then I messaged him on telegram.
He replied back and said order id( which he said last time and sent in under 10 mins) so I thought he was gonna send so I activated my otp bot from the other reseller.
Then he never messaged me back 8 hours even tho he went online like 10 times. (which I sent a message every time I saw him online) So I started getting mad because he's taking long even tho he's online so I Said I fill like ur scamming me and I was making a dispute on cracked.io
Then he said he's on vacation and said: Lmfao off I'm scamming retard Fuck you your gonna get your the accounts not now I'm on fucking vacation idiot get lost. 
Then I said u got online like 10 times how u gonna get mad at me.He said: Have 180 Dm's your none of my priority have hundred of dm's everyday I'm just online checking on important things and you'll get logs tmrw.
He also said he'll give me (80 logs) and (1 week otp bot) (Then it took him 2 days to send logs and he only send me 30 logs and no otp bot code) Then I ask him about otp bot and logs and he says: wdym rest of logs. 
So now I just want my refund don't want nothing from him and won't ever buy again Just want a full refund in btc
