[If Applicable] Sales Thread: I paid 5.44$ of BTC for Peacock TV 3 accounts.
Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 5.44$ of BTC

Additional Information:
1. Initially seller said he would give me 10 accounts of Peacock TV for 15$ USD. 6-month warranty.
2. The Seller had a bad rep and failed to show vouches and proof, so I asked him to go with lesser price of 10$ or lesser [to avoid getting scammed] and asked him to reduce accounts accordingly.
3. Finally, he agreed to give me 3 accounts for 5$ BTC.
4. Payment was made for a total of 5.44$ through BTC and he didn't give the promised accounts. Changed his terms and said "5$ is for Seller security" and asked 5$ more saying 10$ for 10 accounts was the initial deal.
5. If 10$ for 10 accounts was the initial deal, why did he agree to give 3 accounts for 5$ and then change terms after payment? This is a clear breach of agreement and intent to scam. And why didn't he mention nothing about "Seller security" before payment?
