Additional Information: was trying to buy an agc and he said that its his friends card not his and he was always making excuses. My friend was also trying to buy a steam card from him and he contacted him and he is was trying to make him buy it so hard. My friend said that he is not gonna buy it until I get my refund. Then he started showing his rep, crypto wallet, and saying that he wouldnt scam for that amount. Also saw someone else open a scam report against him and the info he said about the steam card doesnt really match
