Additional Information: he said he gon process it instantly , been 4 hours , i done the refund instantly when he was on and he just went offline on me , i could just rebill his walmart order but its his customer's one , if he leaves me no choice i will do that . Im afraid if I dont rebill him now his customer will pay him the fee
