I wanted to buy a verified Paypal account to do some legal transactions such as, buying courses from udemy.

I bought an account from him for $10. After logging I saw the CC was not confirmed, so I paid him more $10 for a new CC card. But he says, it needs 20 days to confirm. As I was too eager to purchase some computer security related course, he offers me that he can buy all the courses for me if I pay him in BTC. I paid him in BTC and he used his paypal account to buy 5+ courses. For this i provided him udemy account details. He requested me not to change the password, so that he can also learn. I thought sharing knowledge is some kind of a good care.
I wanted to pay Hack The Box for premium account, so i asked him to exchange BTC/Paypal. I paid him $70, then he blocks me in discord and changes udemy information. Now he emailed me to send him $30 to his BTC wallet if i want my udemy account back.
I lost $70 and my udemy account access. Scammed by Ocha21.
