Who said he hasn't restarted the RDP? I did not claim he did not restart

he restarted and readded virtual cores

Wait what? You just contradicted yourself.

You just said "I did not claim he did not restart" then you said "He restarted and readded virtual cores", which one is it?

I am claiming you DID restart and re-added the virtual cores.

Thanks for pointing that out might of been misunderstood by admins.

The last restart of the VPS was 2 minutes ago, you said around 20 minutes ago that I restarted your RDP, but there is a gap in the restart time, as the restart before the one that just happened is over 14 hours ago. So, I just trapped you in a lie, your VPS was restarted 2 minutes ago by YOU. The last restart before that is 14 hours ago.

Also, refer to this image.

You can see it is him restarting the VPS, it looks like he is trying to plant fake evidence.
(I blurred his email address)

Also, look at this he said that hes going to link my cracked.to profile and get all of his members to negative rep me, and to report me, which is against the rules.

I'm going to copy and paste my partner's statement as he doesn't have a forum account.
Hello, this is datatouch RDP partner. Please let me explain the essence of this whole report. The customer in question ordered 4 x Emperor RDP's from US which we're provided to him under normal circumstances with instant deployment. He then a few hours later proceeded to create a ticket angrily and starting off with a lie saying that a program under the name of "BrowserAutomationStudio" does not run on his RDP. This was a blatant lie which the customer later admitted showing his overall integrity and willingness to lie in this matter. I explained in my message that BAS (Acronym for BrowserAutomationStudio) does indeed function and run well on our RDP's something which can be verified by other RDP customers and some members of this forum who I have configured and set up dedicated servers for. His other complaint was that we have 12 core virtualized servers on a 32-core server implying that we sell more CPU cores overall than the server has. I happily confirmed that was the truth and pointed out that nowhere did we mention or try to imply that we do sell dedicated CPU cores and that we follow the same principles and practices of many other RDP and in the larger scheme of things VPS providers in the market as it would simply be unprofitable to offer dedicated cores at our price. Therefore, after that discussion the customer truthfully informed me that BAS did run on his RDP at a low amount of threads ~ 25 which I agreed was on the lower side and that for the amount he is paying we could do something better. Therefore, as I wanted to make the customer happy, I offered him a dedicated server which he will be able to manage through our VPS panel allowing him to auto deploy Windows RDP's on it without an issue. The customer agreed on the terms I offered him and we proceeded with the deal. After we received and I had configured the server the access was handed to the customer through our VPS panel using which he could deploy one large 48 thread 120 GB ram RDP on it.
After which he proceeded to make a ticket claiming he is once again unhappy and proceeded to make a scam report. I would like to note that in no way this user has been scammed and since he had complained about his personal server, I chose to revert him to the original state of the 4 x Emperor RDP's the user has ordered. As you can see there is no scam involved here and the user has received all that he has paid for. All we can be faulted for here is trying to aid our customers in providing them the best service possible. I would also like to note that the overall process with this customer has cost me 4 full hours of my time which realistically I didn't have to offer. Additionally, the server configuration I had done for the customer would have costed 100 euros if they had come directly to me asking for my system administration services. So, if anything I was scammed out of 4 hours of my time and 100 euros of work and in no way has this customer been scammed by us. And technically this scam report is invalid as he made it about a dedicated server which is invalid as that was offered as a replacement to his original 4 x Emperor RDP's which have now been returned to him. All of which I said above can be confirmed through logs and photographic proof. I hope other member of staff who own and have dealt with RDP companies understand how everything works and can be non-bias in this matter Thank You.
"He makes you pay for a 24 core rdp promises you virtual cores etc so 1 this is wrong advertisement as he should advertise as 48vcpu not 24 core if its virtualization
Idk if this was on purpose but my control panel did not work and support had to 'manually' create my virtualization rdp which he configured to the settings he wants.
I've received the rdp it is running on 1/2 virtual cores but as I opened this scam report he has changed back to 48 virtual cores."
In response to this, this guy I may add is very dumb. We gave him access to a whole dedicated server which I can provide proof for. This means he had access to our reseller panel which allows you to do whatever the fuck you want with your allocated resources. "Idk if this was on purpose but my control panel did not work and support had to 'manually' create my virtualization rdp which he configured to the settings he wants." This is just because the user had a lack of knowledge on how to use out panel and nonetheless he managed to create a 24 core RDP using our panel which then I informed him was wrong as in virtualization threads are counted as cores so he had an access of a total of 48 virtual cores so I recreated his RDP with 48 virtual cores and as he was the only customer on that server and was the sole person with access to the server he had 100% of the CPU power btw those that change from 24 to 48 cores/thread was done way before this scam report. Once again, this user has proven his willingness to lie to get his way. And aside from that the user could have done the transition from 24 vcores to 48 vcores himself as that is the resources his reseller account had access to so if anything, him having 24 instead of 48 cores was user error and not an issue on our end. This all being that the dedicated server was a compromise for his original 4 x Emperor RDP's which have now been returned to him as he was clearly unhappy having a whole server to himself. I'm really sorry you all had to deal with this.
Clearly, I should have ignored him from the first lie he said in the support ticket. What's also funny is how we talked about "wrong advertisement as he should advertise" when this dedicated node was a compromise offer to his original 4 x Emperor RDP's as he was unhappy with the performance and not a separate product, he decided to buy from us. Here you can see the user lying and twisting the situation once again just because he can't get it in his favour through being honest and truthful. Therefore, this scam report has no validity as the user originally ordered 4 x Emperor RDP's received them was unhappy so he got a compromise, he was unhappy again and now has these 4 x Emperor RDP's back in his RDP black account. All I have yet to say is this man has proven himself to be a pathological liar.
Also, I want to add the user made an ALT account joined our server and tried to tarnish our reputation SpotiChart#0638. Plus, the user has chosen to lie again "and quick update he has now taken down my RDP completely!" Stating this which is again a manipulation as yes, the dedicated server has been removed and use user has been returned his emperor RDP's which he has originally ordered from us. This user has shown he is willing to do whatever the fuck he needs to get a refund which out of principal and our TOS we do not want to give as we had provided the user with the service he had ordered.

My partner is also prepared screenshots proving his point, if a staff requests the screenshots, DM me, I'll forward them to you.
