Screenshots of Communication: ridiculously delaying
Additional Information: Asked to buy upgrades, bought upgrades, received private accounts instead, which are badly organized and shared with other buyers most of the time and I need to change account credentials for private access. -> unprofessional

Beside that, seller had been doing fine until December 18th when I needed a replacement. Since then, he has been ridiculously delaying until 30th Dec when he started to just flatline ghosting me, WHILE still providing services for his other customers
