Additional Information: the button for support doesnt work on his website plug.su i tried to contact him on telegram but without any result. https://t.me/skibidigyats69 i would like to get in contact with him! thats why i did this scam report it been already 24 hours without any reply.

The user initially underpaid for an order and subsequently sent an excessive amount of funds to rectify the underpayment. The automated system failed to process the payment because the exact amount was not sent in the first place
 
I do not have access to the order ID, neither in our tg chat nor within cracked, preventing me from manually processing the order. I am unsure what the customer expects me to do as they have not provided any information about the order
