[If Applicable] Sales Thread: https://cracked.to/Thread-StarkRDP-High-...00-Privacy
Amount or Item(s) Scammed: €10
Screenshots of Communication: None, because the staff member deleted it
Additional Information:
Usually I don't do such a thing, especially not with such small amounts and from a purely technical point of view against the owner of this website (if he should delete this thread, it only shows that he can't take criticism), but his service or rather I'm so sick of his staff that I'm forced to do it.
What happened?
I bought an RDP from StarkRDP and needed help setting up the server. I wanted to set up a VPN connection (yes, I read the rule that says that only OpenVPN connections are possible), but this certain support member replied "google it yourself, I am done with you nigga". He blames me by saying that I installed it wrong. You can install the program without any settings, but when you start the program you have the option to choose IPSEC or OpenVPN in the settings. No more, no less. I can't do more than that and to put the blame on me is just plain cheeky here. Makes me wonder why a guy like that even works there. Besides, I had the feeling that he didn't know much about his work anyway. . .
I would like to get my 10 Euro back or help in setting up an OpenVPN connection.
