He refunded, however I would advise the staff to mention somewhere in his thread that he uses to resell the same logs and call them "fresh". I think it is more lucrative for him to refund me, because an account ban will result in more overall loses. However, I was a special case because I contacted him with 2 separate accounts and only doing that helped me find out his practices, other users here 99% won't do the same and they will get scammed without knowing it, therefore not asking for a refund.
