Additional Information: 
I bought from this cool guy 1 bank 1 month ago for 90$, he was a reseller and I didn't knew it...
All the accounts he gave me didnt work at alot, I tried to talk to his supplier and he didnt want to give me nothing of my money.
This guy told me he will refund my money because he is the seller from my side so he refunded me only 50$ (40$ still need to be refunded)
before 1 week he found a new seller he told me thats he is a trust one, he is safe, he gave me his word everything would be fine...
and it wasn't he gave me non working bank accounts! and he is blaming me for no reason.
now i lost 67$ because this guy
i just want my money back.
