Additional Information: 

On September 8, 2024, I purchased an Expedia account from @TopG on Spadone.cc. It has now been over a month, and the account had nothing on it, not what I paid for.
After several inquiries about the delay, @TopG offered store credit on Spadone.cc instead of a refund. However, I do not want store credit, as I specifically bought the Expedia account. Despite explaining this multiple times, @TopG has stalled and avoided sending me the refund to my crypto wallet as requested.

He claimed there were stock issues and said he had to consult someone else for the refund, even though he advertises the service on the forum as if it's his own.

Hello, first of all. Our rules indicate that we don't under any circumstances issue refunds. It is clear that we only give store credit. And you already got your store credit.

My support told me about the issue and I'm working on fixing expedia checker to recheck accounts and restock more. Lastly, I'm the main owner and founder of Spadone, I don't know how do you say that I advertise without being the owner of it.

I came to your site specifically for an Expedia account, and after waiting over a month without any delivery, I am no longer interested in receiving that account or purchasing anything else from your store.

Your no-refund policy may allow for store credit, but in this case, it does not address the issue. I expected the item you advertised, which has not been delivered despite numerous reassurances. Your ongoing claim of "working on it" for nearly two months lacks credibility at this point, and my experience aligns more with a broken promise than a functioning policy.

If a store promotes an item, confirms it’s available, and then can’t deliver, refusing a refund and instead forcing customers to use store credit is both unprofessional and unfair. I am not interested in any other product you offer, nor am I willing to accept store credit for an item you have failed to deliver.

Please resolve this matter by issuing a full refund. Further delays only add to the impression that this operation is unreliable, if not intentionally deceptive. I’ve given ample time and have only opened a report as a last resort.
