Additional Information: I reached out to hire him to do a job for me, and he requested $600 in total and $250 as a down payment to start. I could only send $200 at the moment, but he declined to do it. So he offered to refund me, and I accepted. I have waited for seven days now, and still no refund. I have pm him multiple times, but as days pass I get a minimal response and no refund.
