Additional Information: I paid $40 for IG ban, never was informed that the ban will last less than 1 day OR that he will use a different method than what he does regularly. Ban lasted LESS THAN 3 hours. (that's not really what you'd want to pay $40 for..)

True, he paid 40$ for the ban. I banned the account right after he paid. The target managed to unban after 3hrs. I never guaranteed him a permanent ban, i never told him it’ll last for 1-2days.
If you checkout the related thread, you can see that I’ve mentioned there, that I can also take care of the account permanently if you can pay extra. (Which he clearly didn’t want)

Okay, you’re right. I said that after you sent the payment cause you asked me after paying. Then you proceeded to agree it. Why? You could’ve asked right away for the refund as I didn’t not start the ban yet. You CLEARLY agreed the tos before I banned the account! I provided everything I promised before the deal. I never said the ban will stay for 2-3 weeks so why did you assume this? I don’t own Instagram, even i can’t tell for how much long the profile will stay banned.

Okay, you’re right. I said that after you sent the payment cause you asked me after paying. Then you proceeded to agree it. Why? You could’ve asked right away for the refund as I didn’t not start the ban yet. You CLEARLY agreed the tos before I banned the account! I provided everything I promised before the deal. I never said the ban will stay for 2-3 weeks so why did you assume this? I don’t own Instagram, even i can’t tell for how much long the profile will stay banned.

The account was already banned after I sent the next half, you had this very nicely thought-out.
If I knew this was going to be less than 3h ban i woudln't use your service and would rather go to someone else who can do a proper job.

You were well known about the consequences before I provided the ban and you agreed with all of it, you had no issues at that time. You have problems now when the service is already provided. I didn’t do the ban for free bro. I don’t think you deserve a refund. You’re the one trying to scam me. I’m not here to provide you freebies.
