Hello, I am opening a scam report against @flupher as I have purchased his ebook and it is entirely public and pointless. It is based off of evidently public methods and is a waste of $50. His 'method' is entirely public and everything can be found on sites like hackforums, nulled, etc. 

First off, the RAT that is used in the tutorial is entirely public. There is nothing private about setting up the method, it relies on https://github.com/quasar/Quasar for the rat, which was released 6 YEARS ago. Not only is it outdated, it is entirely public.

This isnt private at all. The  method to spread isnt even one page long, gives a few basic steps and expects you to be able to make profit. Next, it is widely known that youtube can be used to spread rats and almost every game cheat on youtube is ratted, making this entirely impossible. Nowhere in the ebook is there anything to help with ranking, etc. 

Next, the ebook is focused on paypal fraud which seems to not be allowed on the forum, so why is it allowed inside of this ebook? Inside of the ebook it encourages stealing people's paypal funds. If I posted a free moneymaking method which involved ratting and STEALING peoples paypal funds, then I would be warned as this isnt allowed. Here is a direct quote. "

the next method also involves stealing paypal funds. This could get you charged with a plethora of crimes, such as wire fraud, for ratting- unauthorized access to a computer, all sorts of fraud charges. Just because it is in an ebook doesnt mean its safe. 

Next method is entirely dead and not profitable, XMR mining on victim PC's. This is public and not profitable, even with hundreds of slaves as you quickly lose slaves as they discover their resources are being misused. Next: cryptoshuffler- changing addresses of victims when they send bitcoin: Not only public but also saturated and illegal. This by itself cant be sold as method on cracked as it is public.

Next, stealing csgo skins. Public since 2015, also not easy considering you need their mobile guard info. Hackforums link from 2015 showing this is public:

Overall, this method is entirely public and anyone who feels like they have been scammed by flupher as well please comment below. I will not stand for this to be sold on cracked.to as you will face very heavy punishments if caught committing these acts, and also they are all public. Every single step/method in the ebook are entirely public and can be found just with google. I would like my money refunded and then I would also like sales closed/others refunded as this is a scam and buyers are losing their money.

As you can see, scratchmonkeys is one of the sites we provided for the methods...

Also you are literally saying everything is public including the setup part which it is but its normal, also all of these are public claims but not claims that this wont actually make you money, if what you showed proves that my stuff is public I might aswell just switch it from an ebook to a mentorship as this actually makes people money.

Providing a link to a website to assist with fraud doesnt make this private. Everything in this method MINUS the cashout sites is entirely public. All of it is public and easily accessible, thus making it worthless.

Can @Darkness confirm if stealing funds from a paypal is allowed here? It is on the same level as carding or other forms of fraud, which are not allowed.

I did not think i would be sold a method which blatantly promotes wire fraud and is filled with public stuff. What about the spreading methods? They are all public.

This is not my thread nor i should be talking here but a few days ago i wanted to sell methods to cashout from cracked pp accounts and stuff like that, and mods told me to delete it since it's not allowed. So basically, that shouldn't be allowed.

I am sorry I am replying here first of all you are selling an ebook that is based on public source this means it is public and you are not allowed to sell it secondly, you are selling an ebook based on something that is strictly prohibited in this community and you can't change ebook to mentorship after getting exposed.
The better solution is stop the sales, refund all the users and refrain selling shit like that thanks.
