Additional Information: User filed a Paypal dispute against me https://imgur.com/a/T3XgmQM . Through his email I was able to find his **DeadForums** profile, username called hqi, and got banned for filing a Paypal dispute. His email, name, and IP shown on his raidforum ban reason matched all the information on my shoppy according to his order id. Then i searched up hqi on this forum and found the same guy. His IP is verified by @Darkness and they're the same person.
To @hqi , fuck you. Purchasing in my shoppy without a VPN and filing a dispute
