Additional Information:
I purchased both accounts less than a week ago and took all possible measures to secure them, including changing the email, password, and adding 2FA. However, the dealers were able to reclaim them using their ID. As a result, Fiwind was claimed back, and the money from Astropay was stolen. I contacted them for a replacement and a refund for the stolen money. Although they provided 'new credentials,' they are not working. They assured me they would investigate and provide new ones, but it has been several days, and I have not received a replacement yet.
